Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies through strategic vendor partnerships and academic collaborations
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focusing on ethical AI and human-centric design principles
- Author thought leadership publications on next-gen tech adoption strategies
- Mentor emerging talent in our FutureTech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching products with quantum or AI-first architectures
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams across hardware/software/quantum stacks
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or AGI
- Strong network with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.) and tech pioneers
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
