Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into current offerings
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in technology innovation or strategy management a plus
