Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate future technology talent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
- Published research or speaking engagements at major tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, CES)
