Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for autonomous systems, quantum computing integration, and synthetic biology applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, engineers, and policymakers to identify disruptive convergence points
- Develop predictive models for societal adoption of exponential technologies (neurotech, climate AI, space habitats)
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire breakthrough startups in quantum-resistant cryptography and brain-compute interfaces
- Author white papers on ethical frameworks for sentient AI and decentralized governance systems
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW Future, and UN Technology Summits as a thought leader
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on exponential technology adoption curves
- PhD or equivalent in Systems Theory, Futures Studies, or Computational Social Science
- Published research on singularity preparedness or superintelligence alignment protocols
- Fluency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Bayes nets, causal layered analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: quantum machine learning, neuro-ergonomics, or geo-engineering
- Portfolio of deployed solutions anticipating 2025+ societal challenges (e.g., climate adaptation AI)
- Security clearance for classified national innovation projects
