Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, Web3) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary tech innovations
- Present technology visions to investors and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling tech-driven organizations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers/patents)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies
