Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Lead R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets
- Present quarterly tech briefings to the board
- Mentor 10-person cross-functional innovation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Expertise in AI governance and quantum algorithms
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic preferred
