Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with teams across 5 countries
- Identify disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $20M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Build partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA JPL research programs
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture search, or synthetic biology
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strategic certification from INSEAD or similar institution
- Security clearance preferred (for federal partnerships)
