As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and government think tanks to develop 10-year technology roadmaps. Your work will directly influence product development, policy recommendations, and investment strategies in the emerging tech frontier.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-15 year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and innovation goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AGI, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with market-disrupting potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage $50M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, neuromorphic)
- Experience with government technology policy and regulatory frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) with >500 citations
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Technology Strategy from MIT or Stanford Executive Program
