Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop market-ready prototypes for 2026-era applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with quantum hardware and biotech firms
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology from R&D to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neural interfaces, or CRISPR applications
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
