Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Partner with VC firms and academic institutions to identify strategic investment opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published research or patents in future technology fields
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
