Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging innovations (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities in exponential technology domains
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment, ensuring compliance with evolving global tech regulations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation across the innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred with focus on exponential technologies
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology roadmaps with 3+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Executive presence with demonstrated success in communicating complex technical concepts to C-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or exponential innovation publications
