Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budgets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with billion-dollar market potential
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Present future technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Lead patent portfolios protecting 2026+ intellectual property
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals preferred
- Experience scaling technology teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized in past 5 years
