Responsibilities

- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing
- Author thought leadership for industry publications
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in quantum or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures
- Deep understanding of biotech-AI convergence
- Experience with US government innovation programs
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP)
