Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate technological insights into product roadmaps
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management

- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
