Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology threat assessments
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
