Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, AR/VR) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize cutting-edge technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation preferred
