Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and corporate objectives
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Secure high-impact patents and partnerships in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal innovation pipeline
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology

- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation units
