Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum/AI/IoT
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify competitive advantages and investment opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Manage incubation of experimental projects with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record launching products leveraging quantum computing or AI
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: blockchain, biotech, or space tech
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
