As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry partners to identify disruptive trends and translate them into actionable business strategies. You'll have direct influence on our $500M R&D portfolio and opportunities to present at global tech summits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Manage relationships with venture capital firms and academic research institutions
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
- Oversee competitive intelligence and patent strategy for emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, or AR/VR)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
