Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year implementation windows
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for next-gen tech development
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Drive organizational change management for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- C-level experience in technology roadmap development with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical vision to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, FTI) highly valued
