Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Experience securing federal grants and international innovation funding
- Strong network within tech policy circles and venture capital community
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
