Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise operations
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future technology investments
- Present future technology insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future technology readiness and ROI
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product management
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neurotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching market-first technology solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
