- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Represent Nexus at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on 2026+ technologies
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
