- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-proof digital transformation initiatives
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with long-term business objectives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management highly valued
