Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments in emerging technologies
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in launching future-facing products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
