- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with organizational growth objectives
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech trends for industry conferences and publications
- Manage innovation pipeline with $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
