Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Develop and maintain a technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams for pilot projects of cutting-edge technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technological ROI and innovation maturity
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Roadmapping preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
