Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Represent the company at global tech forums and build strategic partnerships
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech evaluation (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
