- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability and integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage a $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strong financial modeling and P&L management experience
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
