- Lead R&D initiatives in synthetic biology interfaces and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Partner with Fortune 500 CTOs to develop adoption frameworks for 2026-scale tech deployments
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with focus on moonshot projects with societal impact
- Present strategic visions to board members and government technology councils
- Build global consortiums with MIT, NASA, and ETH Zurich for collaborative breakthroughs
- Anticipate regulatory landscapes for quantum internet and autonomous system governance
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Systems Architecture
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in exponential tech domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI hybrid systems or neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of scaling startups from concept to $1B+ valuation in deep tech
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical AI deployment
- Security clearance for government-level quantum communication projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
