Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and global tech accelerators
- Present future vision to C-suite and board members using immersive VR/AR demonstrations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption through 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Drive patent portfolio expansion with minimum 15 novel technology filings annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrated impact on Fortune 500 digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape projections from Gartner, Forrester, and WEF
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++) and ML frameworks
