- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation maturity and market readiness
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services post-2020
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep understanding of Web3, AR/VR, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
