Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Analyze emerging market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal incubation programs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience securing $10M+ in technology investment or grants
- Published author or frequent keynote speaker at tech conferences
