Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and impact in 5-year horizons
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech development
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong background in ethics of technology and responsible innovation frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating futuristic technology implementations or research
