Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term technology adoption success
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Identify partnerships and M&A opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
