Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor competitor tech strategies and identify first-mover opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on futuristic investments
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience building and scaling innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) highly valued
