Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct scenario planning for technology disruption and regulatory impacts
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present technology vision to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodology adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
