- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify strategic acquisition targets

- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants for emerging tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing or generative AI architectures
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurology preferred
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting tools
- Certification in AI ethics or blockchain governance
