Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Identify acquisition targets for emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to shape policy for 2026 tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 7-figure+ impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI, or genetic engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging tech initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
