Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and sustainability metrics
- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and technology foresight workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within high-growth sectors
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFQI, CIP)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
