Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 global market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and policy organizations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and anticipate disruptive threats
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
- Proven track record launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
