Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct competitive analysis and future forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Present technology strategies to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders

- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three future-facing domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies for experimental technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
