As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll identify disruptive trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps. You'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and business units to ensure our technology portfolio anticipates market shifts and drives sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop forward-looking strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize technology investments for 2026-2030
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor regulatory impacts and ethical considerations of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
