Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead research and analysis in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative problem-solving
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies a plus
