Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web) and assess commercial viability
- Champion innovation through cross-functional sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an ecosystem of technology partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Drive adoption of emerging frameworks (Web4, decentralized identity, ambient computing)
- Mentor technology leaders in future-proofing methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, Web3, spatial computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
