Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI frameworks, and neurotech interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech with $1B+ market disruption potential
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in sustainable computing
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with global ESG and climate goals
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE summits representing company vision
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry R&D
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record delivering commercialized tech with $50M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 ethical tech frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Public speaking at 3+ major tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, Google I/O, etc.)
