Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and implementing next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading disruptive technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
