- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into product development priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and futures analysis methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
