Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints on emerging tech (quantum computing, advanced AI, neural interfaces)
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Partner with product teams to implement future-ready features
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum, AI, and biotech convergence trends
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight qualification preferred
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$3M
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
