Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, decentralized systems)
- Partner with R&D to incubate prototype solutions with 18-24 month commercialization horizons
- Advise executive team on technology investment decisions with ROI modeling
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/autonomous system deployment
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology visions to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or Web3.0 infrastructure
- Executive-level communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling technology startups from Series A to IPO
- Deep understanding of technology policy and regulatory landscapes
